Thomas Buoyant in Black or Orange, Rapala CD-5 in Perch and Jake's Spin-A-Lure in Silver w/ Red Dots has been?? working well for people throwing lures. Trollers should be fishing as close to the bottom as they can get in 15-35 Ft. of water with Rapala CD-3 thru 7 in Gold or Rainbow Trout, Needlefish in Dr. Death or Frog and 1/4 Oz. Kastmasters in Silver w/ Char. tape or Silver/Orange. Try 1/4 Oz.
