Water Conditions:
Great, flow is running at 45 CFS. This is a permanent flow required to be maintained by LADWP. Water is clear and cold.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Excellent, getting reports of stinging nettles. Wear pants! Take water along as it is very hot these days.
Recommended Flies:
DRIES:
Parachute Adams #18, Brook's Sprout Baetis #20, Extended Body BWO #20, Yellow Humpy's #18, Stimulator #16
NYMPHS:
Micromayfly Olive #18, Pheasant Tail #20, Flashback PT #18 Prince Nymph #18
STREAMERS:
Wooley buggers and leeches(small)

Crowley Lake: The fish are deep at Lake Crowley
Owens River: No runoff yet has kept the flows on the Upper Owens slower than usual. Fishing is fair to good
Owens River: Fly fishing is excellent at the Owens River Gorge
Owens River: The fishing is still tough on the Lower Owens because of the flows
