Flows need to drop on the Lower Owens before fly fishing picks up

Water Conditions:
Poor flows are raging at 586cfs as of 9/29.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Poor flows are even higher now. Some dry action with PEDs and PMDs but that's about all we're hearing. Fishing has been slow as of late. Until they drop the flows down don't expect that to change too much.

NYMPH:
Micromayfly Brown #18, Headlight Yellow Sally #18, BH Flashback Pheasant Tail #16-20, Zebra Midge #18-22, Medallion Midge #20, Mitchel's Split Case PMD #16, Fox's Caddis Poopah Tan #18, San Juan Worm
DRIES:
Elk Hair Caddis Tan #14-20, Parachute Caddis Grey #18-20, Parachute Adams #18-20, Renegade #20, Brooks Sprout PMD #18-22, Brook's Sprout Baetis #18-22
STREAMERS:

Be careful of erroding banks at high flows.
