It has been excellent. The triple above should tell the story here. The fish have been consistently feeding on a vast majority of aquatic insects like Goddard caddis, callibaetis, and chironomids. We still water nymph from our large fish magnet bay boats. Throw in some leeches, shrimp, and the odd Tui Chub and you have some rotund and healthy rainbows. We are doing between 30-70 fish to net daily, 18 inch average fish. There is no other place like it in California. Doug R. has 6-18, 19, 22 open.
