The West is fishing excellent with spinners, flies and bait lately, the water is low and clear so you may need to be a bit sneaky, but if you get into stealth mode you should be able to do great. Panther martins and mepps have been doing well, crawlers and salmon eggs have been good too.
For flies try hoppers, beetles, ants, royal wulffs, elk hair caddis or humpies.
