Water Conditions: Fair flows bottomed out at 8cfs as of 10/17. Very clear and cold.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Fair always check with the visitor center for road closure prior to your visit.
Flows are exremely low right now with the fish stacked in deeper pools. You can still fish, but it's getting quite technical at this point.

Owens River: The action at the Upper Owens is definitely picking up
Owens River: Not much change at the Owens River Gorge
Rock Creek - Section 1: Fish the lakes along the way to Rock Creek
Rush Creek: Rush Creek is fishing best above the 395 in the afternoons
Owens River: The flows are back up on the Lower Owens, but the fishing is good if you can find some slow water
Bridgeport Reservoir: The weeds at Bridgeport is making the fishing more difficult
East Walker River (CA): Fishing on the East Walker is OK, the flows are down and the water has some algae
