Guide Monte Smith has been enjoying excellent action chasing rainbows and king salmon. Rainbows to 21 and 22 inches were caught and the smallest was 14. Kokanee are 65 to 85 feet deep but still biting if you can find them. Bait balls attract bass. Jigs offered shallow and working back to 20 feet finds bass, too. Monte Smith (209) 848-2746.
