The ice continues to melt, opening up more water throughout the reservoir. You'll find open water near the boat ramp, near the dam and along the west side. There is still some ice in the desert finger area. Lost Creek is one of the few reservoirs experiencing ice-off this year, so the fishing is likely very good.
