Trout and kokanee bite is gradually improving. Limits aren’t common but anglers can get 3 fish with work at the Narrows, Skiers Cove and the Island. Kokes are 20 to 50 feet deep. Trout are in the top 25 feet. There is plenty of bait and fish are starting to concentrate. Bass bite has slowed with unsettled weather and post-spawn. It’s a finesse bite with some top water action in the morning. Sweeney’s Sports (707) 255-5544; Don Paganelli (916) 502-3474, http://www.guidebass.net; Troy Barr (707) 372-7599. www.Fisht-roy.com
