Fishing has been great. One of the best rivers to fish right now. Hatches of Salmon Flies, Golden Stones, Caddis, March Browns. Baetis round out the menu for these fish. Top flies are nymphs in dark colors, size #14-16. Think Pheasant Tail Nymphs, Dark Lords, Micro Mayflies. Golden Stones can be found on the water near sunset.. and that means fish can also be found munching a struggling adult stone, perfectly imitated by your Stone Fly dry.. The Fly Shop (530) 222-3555
