Fred Benton and Joan Adams of Weed, CA landed a pair of nice kings while fishing out of Eureka on Tuesday. The Eureka salmon action really picked up on Wednesday, and conditions look excellent through Saturday

Arcata resident Andrew Medina‎ landed this nice king salmon while fishing from his kayak last Tuesday. Medina was fishing out of Trinidad near flatiron Rock.

Fortuna residents William and Jody Honsal are all smiles after landing a nice adult king salmon while fishing on the lower Klamath River. The quota for adult fall-run salmon on the lower river was met on Wednesday, but fishing will remain open (with the exception of the spit area), for Chinooks less than 22 inches.
