More trout keep coming in for anglers drifting night crawlers. However the fish have started hitting rainbow rapalas but more often they really started hitting hard on rainbow flicker shad which have a more mirror like finish. And if you have any brown trout pattern rapalas throw those. The fishermen that have those have been doing well also.
More and more crappie have showing up off E point anywhere from 1 to 2 1/2 pounds.
Catfish, the ever popular good kitty are still leaking havok up to 10 lbs. Same deal cut mackeral but they have been taking white crappie jigs and some crank baits.
Tidbits:At one point in time rainbow trout were genetically engineered. They were made to be lighter in color so to be seen better underwater but the meat was extremely mushy and flavorless.
