With the river flow doubling in water amount and mud flow the trout bite has diminished quite a bit in recent weeks. One maybe two fish being caught here and there, a far cry from limits being had a couple three weeks ago. The catfish have slowed also but thats because nODOdy has been targeting them. The crappie bite has not turned on yet and nobody has gotten much in the way of bass, still, because of no fishing presure. We have more rain on the way this coming thursday wich is good. The lake has come up about twenty five feet or more and is still rising. The fish derby is the 22nd and 23rd of april.

Tidbit: Someone or some group is try to sneak through legislation a bill or law to quadruple the water flow coming out of the lake.
