There is a ton of movement from the fish in the lake right now. A very wide variety of tackle and bait was used and successful for anglers tis week. I honestly heard every color, depth, and type of lures used to catch fish. Luck from shore was just about even with the boating traffic. Our best advice get out here and try your luck. I didn’t get to chat with the people who had a solid 2.5 pound slab of a crappie at the fillet table but that fish was a beauty. I also saw a jump for joy from a boater with a 6 pound bass in out voter here by the marina. Catfish caught this week were good eating size from 4-7 pounds.
