Water Conditions:

Flows are steady at 193 cfs as of 65. It is always a good idea to check the flows before fishing the Lower 'O'.
We have had two guides go for a swim the last week, both related to the banks crubling at these higher flows.
Don't even think of getting in without a wader belt and having it cinched tight.

Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Good

With rain and even a pop of snow one night being forecasted in the Mammoth area this weekend this is the place to run to. Fishing is great in the afternoon with nice warm weather. The Mayfly dry hatches have slowed down but, there is still good nymphing with baetis patterns.
The caddis hatch is solid starting mid morning. If the wind stays down there should also be a great evening migration. The best fishing has been mid morning with drowned pupa and emergers. If you fish dry's you may want to trail an emerger . Streamer fishing is still good when the bugs are down
