The ice is off the reservoir and trout fishing is improving. Rainbows are hitting spinners and worms. Crappie fishing has picked up as well, but bass fishing is still slow. Windy afternoons with gusty conditions are expected throughout the month. Check weather conditions and go prepared. Nighttime temperatures are still below freezing, but the campground and all facilities are open.
