In the eastern region stream flows are down a bit from last week. Most streams are below the median for this time of year, many well below. Roads are drying out and access is improving but in narrow canyons with less sun expect frozen ground in the morning and possible mud in the afternoon. As of March 24, Kingston Creek was flowing at 3 cfs.
