Road access to the lake is closed for the winter at the gate at the FH3/FR 125 junction. Only boats with a 10-horsepower motor or less are allowed on Kinnikinick Lake. The limit is 4 trout. With the recent temperatures, it is likely that Kinnikinick Lake is mostly to completely ice covered.
