The Trask River is predicted to blow out on Wednesday and will probably be on the high side through the weekend, although it may green up by then. Check conditions before heading out. There are no hatchery steelhead releases on the Trask, but wild steelhead are spread throughout the basin and provide catch and release opportunity. The North and South Forks should drop faster and may be in shape by the weekend, there are deadlines for steelhead on both forks so check the regulation and know where those are before heading out.
