The lake remained near 92 percent of its storage capacity, and water temperatures fell below sixty degrees with temperatures rebounding above sixty degrees mid-afternoon. Trout anglers used minijigs, Hookup Baits, dough baits, and spoons to land good sized rainbows in the marina. Bass anglers fished in 15 to 30 feet of water with drop shot and Ned rigs in purple and dark green colors getting bites. Deep diving crankbaits took fish near freeway cove in 10 to 15 feet of water. Striped bass fell for cut baits and lugworms in the usual spots. Fish held in 20 to 70 feet of water. Catfishing has been fair for anglers using dip baits and cut baits.
