Flows are down to 470 CFS. It is still high but fishable for sure. You still have to pick your spots and fish the edges and seams. The East Walker is still too high to cross so it can be a little tough to get around and get to the water in some places.
Nymphing with Caddis and Midges has been the way to go lately for sure. Streamers will also move some fish and big attractor dries fished along the seams, back eddies and edges can also be a lot of fun.
