Cooler weather means a slow-down on seasonal warming and an extension from Mother Nature for good conditions on our lowland lakes ??? things shouldn't get too hot for the fish anytime soon.?? Chironomids and Callibaetis have regained the spotlight for now, however with a return to warming, the Damsels should pick back up.?? Short of any apparent hatch event, Leeches, Bloodworms and Dragon nymphs are always around for trout in search of some calories.?? Still a good idea to have some big Flying Ants stashed away.?? Good reports from Pass, Lone, Rattlesnake, etc?Ķ?? and Coldwater's starting to fish?Ķ?? just a bunch of trout out there, swimming around, in need of?? some "training"!
