It sounds like Little Virginia and Trumbull are both ice free now, and Big V is about 25% ice free. Fishing has been excellent on both Little V and Trumbull so you shouldn't have any trouble bending a rod up there.
Crawlers, power bait and power eggs have been doing well, lures like kastmasters and thomas bouyants have been good also. Fly choices should include matukas, seal buggers, stillwater nymphs and soft hackles.
