Deep line Midging in the mornings has been working very well. You can Use a sinking line, "Floater No Cater" or deep water "DCA" techniques to get your flies down to the fish. Maholo nymphs and midges in wine and black have been working well. In the Evenings there are plenty of fish chasing bugs on or near the surface. There is a late midge hatch going on. The best way to catch the fish however is to fish just under the surface with soft hackles and midges. The best action is after the sun gets off the water up until dark.
