We are done here for the season, let them be gang -it's gonna be a tough winter for the wild trout due to low water. I suspect the road will close with this storm to all but the logging trucks.

Crowley Lake: Some really nice sized fish are being caught at Lake Crowley
Owens River: You have to fish the cut banks on the Upper Owens
Hot Creek: Difficult long distance drifts are needed to fish Hot Creek
East Walker River (CA): 60 cfs. is fun to fish on the East Walker
Kirman Lake: We are getting great reports from Kirman Lake
Pleasant Valley Reservoir: With power generation ending Pleasant Valley Ressrvoir will be an excellent choice for fly fishers

Bridgeport Reservoir: The water level is low at Bridgeport, but the cooler temps have the fish back on the bite
East Walker River (CA): On the East Walker you will find most of the fish in the deeper water by the dam
Hot Creek: Much of Hot Creek is unfishable because of the weeds
San Joaquin River: Very low water levels on the San Joaquin
: Fishing is good but make sure the lake you choose is open
