Water Conditions:
Clear depending on the weather. Because of the afternoon rain storms water slowly turning chocolate milk color.
Flows at 45 cfs as of 5/15
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Still Great! Hatches happening pretty much all day. There has been a massive caddis hatch in the evening!!!

Owens River: Upper Owens fishing is fair to good & the water is a little off color

Pleasant Valley Reservoir: Water is still cold at Pleasant Valley Reservoir so the rule of thumb is "Deep dark and slow"
Rock Creek - Section 1: Nymphing is the perferred techinque on Rock Creek
Rush Creek: Good fishing on Rush Creek between Grant Lake & Hwy 395
Owens River: The flows on the Lower Owens will stay around the 245 level, making the fishing consistent.
East Walker River (CA): Flows are up on the East Walker River
