Water Conditions:
The flows up to 132cfs as of 6/19
Fishing Conditions and Hatches:
Finally!...the water level is up. Its at a level where fish are give'n a chance to move around. Bigger fish are finally holding in the top section of the Miracle Mile( 1X and 2X).
Once again the water level is changing every week. make sure to check flows. With the warm weather the fishing might start slowing down. The water temp will start increasing through out the day. Early morning and evening might be better for ya'll conscious anglers.
RECOMMENDED FLIES:
DRIES: Extended body bwo, parachute adams, chernobyl, yellow sally, mini hot Garcia's, variety of hoppers, stimulators, rubber leg stimulators, hatch matcher, #14 sloans outrigger, e/c caddis, spent partridge caddis
NYMPHS: #18 tungstent psycho, #18crystal hunchback, small(#14- #20)stoneflies, #14 caddistrophic, #18 sparkle caddis pupa, #16 bh deep six caddis pupa, #18 pocket water baetis, , wd40, #18 Brooks hot creek caddis, #18 old school caddis, #18 sparkle pupa, little brown bug, #16 bh dirfting hydropsyche, #16 nitro caddis, #16- #14salvation, scuds, #20 frostbite midge, disco midge, brassie, #18 mighty may sloan
STREAMERS: marabou leech, bh sparkle leech, wounded sculpin, meatwhistle, Matuka, Belly Ache, Mini Sculpin, Crystal bugger, Sheep Creek Special

Hot Creek: Good fishing at Hot Creek, the winds will affect the fishing however
San Joaquin River: Depending on the time of day, dry fly fishing at San Joaquin can be "off the hook"
Crowley Lake: Fishing at Crowley can be mixed
Owens River: You want to fish the Upper Owens either in the AM or the early evening hours
Owens River: The dry fly fishing has been good at the Owens River Gorge

Owens River: The Lower Owens fishing has been both good and slow at times
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport Reservoir is very low right now

for Saturday, June 8th, 2013Mammoth Lakes Basin: Lots of hatchery trout in the Mammoth Lakes Basin making for good fishing
Hot Creek: The Caddis is the hot fly for Hot Creek
San Joaquin River: Nymphing is the way to go on the San Joquin
Crowley Lake: The low water level is affecting the fishing at Lake Crowley & the algae is coming on fast
Owens River: Nymphing with bright attractors will increase your chances
Owens River: The water in the Owens River Gorge is higher than usual because of maintenance by DWP
Pleasant Valley Reservoir: If you want to fish Pleasant Valley Reservoir, fish the Inlet
Rock Creek - Section 1: Rock Creek flows are at 64cfs as of 6/6 and the water is Crystal Clear!!
Rush Creek: There are different conditions on each section of Rush Creek
Owens River: The Rumor is that flows on the Lower Owens will stay at 300 cfs
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport Reservoir is much lower than usual
East Walker River (CA): Flows on the East Walker have changed 3 times last week -- they are not consistent
