Water Conditions: The water at Hot Creek is super clear. The flows are at 18 cfs as of 6/26.
Fishing Conditions and Hatches: Hot Creek fishing conditions are good because of the weather(rain) water is slightly off color. it should clear up quickly though. Start thinking about throwing hoppers!
Recommended Flies:
DRIES: cahill, parachute adams, sierra brite dot, elk hair caddis, hatch matcher, extended body bwo, parachute caddis, griffith gnat, chernobyl, stream bank hopper, ants, parachute emerging caddis, headlight caddis, sloans outrigger caddis, caddis adult, clown shoe caddis
NYMPHS: #20 pockert water baetis, copper johns, #18 lighting bug, wd40, #20 Beck's suface emerger, #20 Hogan's S&M emerger, #20 epoxy wingcase bwo, #18 mighty may sloan, #20 Harroup's surface emerger, superflash pheasant tail, #20 Barr's trico emerger, prince nymphs, lighting bug, split case bwo, bh drifting littel weedy, Nori's caddis pupa, cdc caddis emerger, Brook's hot creek caddis
STREAMERS: ...weeds are high & water is too low to pull streamers

Hot Creek: Good fishing at Hot Creek, the winds will affect the fishing however
San Joaquin River: Depending on the time of day, dry fly fishing at San Joaquin can be "off the hook"
Crowley Lake: Fishing at Crowley can be mixed
Owens River: You want to fish the Upper Owens either in the AM or the early evening hours
Owens River: The dry fly fishing has been good at the Owens River Gorge
Pleasant Valley Reservoir: Because Pleasant Valley Reservoir is high the fish have moved to the stream
Rock Creek - Section 1: The fishing is very good at Rock Creek & in little lakes valley
Rush Creek: The best fishiong at Rush Creek is the wild trout section near the highway
Owens River: The Lower Owens fishing has been both good and slow at times
Bridgeport Reservoir: Bridgeport Reservoir is very low right now
East Walker River (CA): Finally the water level is up on the East Owens
