Fishing action at Sunset Park and Veterans Memorial Park in Boulder City is best in the early morning hours and after sunset. Anglers are catching bluegill and a few catfish.
The ponds at Floyd Lamb Park have been closed to fishing by the City of Las Vegas following the deaths of several park ducks. The ponds will remain closed while officials determine the cause of death.
