It comes fully equiped with a hot tub, BB-Q, and 3 boats- with NEW gas motors- ready to go fishing! (Make sure that you read the confirmation and instructions on gas motor operation before using!) This is a perfect getaway for a group of 6-8 people. New Carpet and furniture as well!
