The high temps of the day have slowed things down, but as evening approaches the fishing does pick up. Fly anglers are picking up some action on PMD and Little Stones. Try fishing deep with long leaders. Use a drop fly set up with the top fly heavy and the dropper in a size 14 to 18 in caddis pupa or small PMD. Lure fisherman try using Panther Martins in yellow and black. Flow is 272 cfs as of 8/27/07.
