Recent thunderstorms across the area have made fishing difficult for the past several weeks. Storm activity is predicted to continue through Friday with various degrees of intensity. Fisherman launching boats in Haymeadow and Cold Springs are advised to stay close to the Northern edge of the cattails as the entry channel is shallow.
