Fall River is awesome. Really. The BWO hatch lately has been so darn good for surface action. Will it be that way everyday? probably not, but the trend is good and worth going out for a try. We’ve been doing well on Sparkle Duns, KD Duns, Smoke Jumpers and Film Critics. Fish 7x for best results. Euro Nymphing is also very good now, on jigs and perdigons, 2 Bit Hookkers and Zebra Midges. If you tie MOP flies tie some Tan ones with a Pink Bead. They like it. Eggs are also producing well and we recommend a tungsten bead egg or small lead eyed egg. The River is open in entirety as the section below the falls remains open year round now.
