Stocking: Trout Opener was last weekend, where 2,500 pounds of trout from Idaho was stocked. Another 1,500 pounds of trout will be stocked the week of Thanksgiving. We will stock 19,000 pounds of trout this season.

What’s the Catch? Trout Opener last weekend was epic! Lots of 3+ pound trout caught from the t-dock shoreline to Eagle Point. The sizable trout were biting on Rapalas and jigs. Limits were being reeled in on varieties of Powerbait and worms. Siesta, Hermit, and Eagle Coves were great shore fishing. Boats were in the back of Half Moon Cove reeling in limits. With all of the trout activity, the bass were also out and about. The dockhands saw a number of bass catches also on mini jigs. Panfish were biting on worms in the coves. Still getting reports of catfish even during the day!

Conditions: The current water temperature is 69 degrees. The water column is well oxygenated. The sun is rising at 6:24 a.m. and setting at 4:43 p.m. The new moon is on Saturday, November 30th.
